The data will only be passed on within the Aachen city administration and only to employees responsible for processing. It will not be passed on to third parties for any other purpose. Electronic data processing at Aachen City Council is carried out with the support of the IT service provider regio iT from Aachen. Compliance with all data protection regulations is guaranteed by a contract for order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and by constant checks. The data in this recording system is deleted after six months. Other deletion periods may apply for a subsequent procedure.
We would like to point out that in the case of forms that are suitable for including files as attachments, these attachments are checked for malware before being transferred to the City of Aachen's processing system. If such anomalies are detected, you will be informed of this in the form. The transfer of such files will be rejected and the process will not be continued with this file attachment. You have the right to request information from the controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, which data is involved. You also have the right to have incorrect data concerning you corrected and to have data that is no longer required deleted. In the event of discrepancies regarding the lawfulness or the right to erasure, you can request the restriction of processing. You have the right to object to the processing by the controller.
